Shipping + Handling

What's included in my package?
All packages come with the item(s) that you've purchased, and extra(s).

How do I track my package?

Once an order is placed, an email will be sent to the email you provided with your order with a confirmation number of your payment. Once the item is shipped (within 2-3 days) another email will be sent with a tracking number for  you to track your package.

How long will it take for the order to arrive after the payment?

Once we have received and confirmed your order payment, US domestic customers should expect their order to arrive within 2-3 business days (not including production time). For international customers outside of US, it may take up to 2-3 months depending on where you are situated. Sometimes orders may arrive faster within 1-2 business days depending on location. 

My order was lost during shipment. What do I do?

Please email us if your order does not arrive within the approximate/expected time frame (francois@hypnotikbayarea.com) if your order is lost due to the problem with the carrier (USPS) we will fully refund your order. If your order was lost due to incomplete or wrong address, we will are not responsible for those packages.

Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellations

Do you accept any returns or exchanges?

We do not accept any returns or exchanges once an item is shipped. 

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellation Fee Policy

At Hypnotik Bay Area, we take pride in crafting custom goods tailored to your unique preferences. We understand that sometimes circumstances may necessitate order cancellations. To maintain the highest quality of service and to cover the costs associated with custom product creation, we have established the following cancellation fee policy.

Order Cancellation Fees

  • Within 24 Hours of Purchase: If you decide to cancel your order within 24 hours of making your purchase, you are eligible for a full refund with no cancellation fee.
  • After 24 Hours: If you request to cancel your order after the initial 24-hour period a cancellation fee of 30% of the total order value will be applied.

How to Request a Cancellation

To request an order cancellation, please contact our customer support team via email at francois@hypnotikbayarea.com or by phone at 4156909811. Be sure to include your order number and the reason for the cancellation request.

Refund Process

Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 1-2 business days and will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
