SHIPPING + HANDLING

What’s included in my package?
Every order includes the item(s) you purchased, plus a little extra — usually a thank you note, sticker, or small surprise depending on the drop.

How do I track my package?
After checkout, you’ll get a confirmation email with your order details. Once your item ships (within 3–7 business days), we’ll send a second email with your tracking number.

How long does shipping take?

  • U.S. Orders: Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days (including production time). For orders placed during bigger in-person events, this may take longer due to order volume.
  • International Orders: Delivery may take 2–4 weeks depending on your location. Some international orders arrive sooner, especially in major metro areas.

What if my order is lost in transit?
If your package hasn’t arrived within the expected time frame, email us at francois@hypnotikbayarea.com.

  • If the carrier (USPS or UPS) is at fault, we’ll refund your order in full.
  • If the issue is due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, we can't be held responsible — so please double-check your info!


RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We don’t accept returns, but exchanges are available once an item is shipped — if the item doesn’t fit or wasn’t the right color, we’ll swap it out for another, based on availability.
Please note: All sales are final. We create everything in small batches or made-to-order.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes — within the guidelines below.

Cancellation Policy

  • Within 24 hours of purchase: You’re eligible for a full refund.
  • After 24 hours: A 30% cancellation fee will apply. This covers time, materials, and labor already invested in your order.

How to cancel:
Email francois@hypnotikbayarea.com or text/call 415-690-9811 with your order number and cancellation request.

Refund timeline:
If your cancellation is approved, refunds are processed within 1–2 business days to your original payment method.
